The estate consists of 7 hectares of hills primarily covered by olive trees, with splendid terraces with breathtaking views of the whole valley which can be explored on foot or by horse.  The are also fruit trees, oaks, beeches, walnuts and elms and splendid chestnuts which are hundreds of years old.  From the wood on the estate it is possible to pick walnuts, chestnuts, blackberries, mushrooms and asparagus.  Furthermore, guests can comfortably sit on the benches and appreciate the tranquility of nature.

Given the beauty of the estate on request it is possible to organize parties with catering services and evenings spent outside with piano and flute music, as well as small poetry and music events, all beside the swimming pool.

For children we can organize a babysitting service with games and prizes either on the estate or by the pool.

 There is a route which leads through the estate  which enables guests to enjoy the Umbrian countryside and reach the beautiful chapel dedicated to San Gregorio.
